Description of the problem	The transmission hesitates from stop before connecting. Every time i slow down to stop, the transmission seems to do a double downshift and it feels like i am getting hit from behind. Also, at times, there is a loud clunking sound when on an incline and putting vehicle into reverse. It has continually gotten worse over the course of 1 year. I took it for service and was told there was nothing wrong, but they updated the computer. Now, the problem is even worse. I am taking it back today to have it reevaluated.
