Description of the problem	Vehicle engine quits suddenly and without warning on highway. Driver was traveling approx 65 at time of incident. Unable to restart.(first incident- 6. 30. 17 est. Odometer 24 k miles . Second incident on 7. 21. 17 vehicle no start after dealer finished work. Third incident, 10. 24. 17 engine again quit without warning on city roadway-50 mph speeds. Odometer reading at 27,800 miles towed to dealer. 10-29. 17 dealer reported fuel pump had failed and spread metal throughout system. Needs new injectors, fuel pump. To date do not have back for use. More than 30 days without use of vehicle in first year of ownership. Vehicle purchased new from jeep, chrystler, dodge dealer in central california.
