| Description of the problem | I returned this jeep twice to dealer letting know that the transmission had a hard bang between shifting, they continue to say that this normal. The service manager says it because of the electronic system, i told them that i have driving for over forty years and have heard of such thing and this sounds more like a torque converter issue not a computer, needless to say they continue to say nothing is wrong. I am in the process of scheduling another appointment because it continues to get worse. *js |
