Description of the problem	The driver's side head rest exploded open while i was driving on the street after making a right turn. Gave me severe neck pain. I first thought someone rear ended me cause the noise was so loud. So i pulled into a parking lot and found no one hit me looks like the headrest malfunctioned and exploded open.
