Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 jeep grand cherokee. While driving approximately 75 mph, the driver's seat headrest exploded. The contact stated that a fragment of the headrest struck the driver in the back of the head. The contact stated that the headrest was designed as a preventative safety measure against the whiplash effect during a rear end collision.
