| Description of the problem | I have a 2015 jeep grand cherokee with 49,000 miles. In a three day period the transmissions started to have problems shifting a total of five times. It would violently start to shudder while in motion at highway speeds and nearly caused a terrible accident. I had to bring vehicle to complete stop on highway and restart. I took the vehicle to planet jeep in flagstaff, az for check as it is still under warranty. I was told that they cannot re create the issue and if they have to remove transmission pan to inspect i will be liable for cost of repair. I called fca customer service two times and they do not return my calls. I feel this is a dangerous problem that has potential for death or serious bodily injury and am not sure who to turn to at this point. |
