Description of the problem	When driving for about 20mn after slowing down to go threw town and coming to a stop. I will start driving again and. Trying to get up to speed my jeep will not shift gears. I have been in neutral for several minutes before it shifts. This has happened several times. It has also hard shifted, and has had surged of power where it lunges a head.
