Description of the problem	2015 jeep grand cherokee. Consumer writes in regards to refusal of compensation for repair damages to vehicle transmission defect. New software has been installed to create an "auto park" feature. smd the consumer stated he thought the vehicle was in park, but in fact it was in reverse and the engine was running.
