Description of the problem	Ever since the fca ecodiesel exhaust emissions update, my vehicle has had terrible turbo-lag. When you step on the accelerator, especially after a cold start it can take up to 4 seconds to actually move forward. I already reported this once before, but this vehicle is a serious hazard. Trying to cross any type of traffic is dangerous. It also has anywhere from 3-4mpg drop since the update.
