Description of the problem	I was driving home from work today 9/29/19 on a two lane road and was traveling around 40mph coming up to a red light when all of the sudden the active headrest on the drivers side deployed striking me in the back of the head with enough force it felt like a punch, this caused me to swerve and nearly rear end the car stopping in front of me. I have done some quick research on this issue and notice this is not a current recall nor an isolated incident. In my case this could have been life threatening had i not been able to keep control of the vehicle.
