Description of the problem	This morning while backing the vehicle out of my driveway onto the street, the steering locked and could not be turned at all. The car was at an angle to the curb on a 1-way city street, there were no obstructions. I struggled to turn the wheel at all when i put it back in drive. I switched from reverse to drive a few times trying to get out of the street and park. Finally, after struggling to turn the wheel even the tiniest bit, i put the transmission in park, shut the engine off, waited a few minutes and restarted it. The steering immediately freed up and i was able to drive to work. I reported it to the local dealer and they can't look at it until almost 24 hours after the incident occurred.
