Description of the problem	Complete electronic and communications failure of instrument panel from unknown electrical shortage resulting in loss of control over transmission shifting and most control switches like windshield wipers, turn signals, emergency flashers and brake warning like is on that i believe indicated no abs. Experienced this problem many times driving on i-75 in michigan and ohio. Very dangerous situation while on the road without any prior warning. Initial warning is "service shifter soon" followed by "no bus". After multiple trips to the fca dealer, root cause not identified and more fix to date. Suspect the electronic shifter malfunctioning but no help from dealer service department. Reoccuring problem for the past 9 months. Current mileage is 79,000 miles with vin # (xxx) 2014 jeep grand cherokee. No accidents or aftermarket add on work ever. I fear for my safety driving this vehicle to florida for retirement on 1-25-2019 through 1-29-2019. Again, no resolution from golling chrysler or from fca star case #57876853.
