| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated that when depressing the accelerator pedal, there was a strong odor from the vehicle. The contact stated that he placed two carbon monoxide detectors in the vehicle and they both registered at the highest level of 173 parts per million. The contact received medical attention for carbon monoxide exposure. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on numerous occasions where the failure was unable to be rectified. On one occasion, a technician drove the vehicle and stated that the failure occurred due to the way the contact drove the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired.
