| Description of the problem | My 2014 diesel grand cherokee has had emissions for the past 3+ years. On 12/9/19 they changed the particulate filter and right after that there was exhaust smells coming through the vents. The dealership attempted to fix this smell in late december and then again in january. They found a cracked valve cover on 1/10/20 and fixed that. I was then driving the car on 1/12/20 and it started on fire and was destroyed. Chrysler investigated the crash and determined that it was not a manufacturing problem |
