Description of the problem	While using the navigation i am warned of turns or exits ahead with instructions like: "turn right in 1/2 mile" on multiple occasions i have started appropriate lane changes to follow the verbal instructions when i glanced at the map and found i was actually shown to turn in the opposite direction. There is no consistency in this failure and my jeep dealer stated that unless i demonstrated the problem there was nothing i could do under warranty. As of this date i have suffered one near miss and have had to shut off voice notices to avoid this problem with the resultant need to look at the map and not keep my eyes on the road. I believe this is a software problem and is probably occurring on other jeeps. And may have caused accidents and injuries.
