| Description of the problem | My dash board is separated, meaning the leather is separating from the dash for no reason, this is know problem with these vehicles. My jeep is a garage kept, and there is no reason for this to happen. I spoke with the dealer and they said this is well problem and is not covered under the warranty. They want over $3000 to replace the dash. I see on the internet that there are a lot of complaints, plus i know three others that have the same issue with their jeep grand cherokees. Chrysler should replace the dash at no cost to us the customer, these vehicles are in the 40 and 50,000 range and should not have these kind of issues. |
