Description of the problem	2014 jeep grand cherokee came with oem goodyear fortera hl 265/50r20 tires. The tires had only 15k miles and were inadequate during even small amounts of rain or snow. The car was constantly losing grip on the road eventually leading to me crashing into a pole going 20 mph causing $17k in damage.
