| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 jeep grand cherokee equipped with pirelli scorpion all season run flat tires (na), size 295/45/20r 110w (na). The contact stated that the front passenger and driver side tires experienced excessive wear, which caused dips to develop on the tread. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the tires needed to be rotated. The tire rotation was performed; however, the tires continued to wear excessively. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, who after an investigation determined that the failure was inherent to the vehicle. The tires were replaced. The tire and vehicle failure mileage was 6,000. |
