Description of the problem	I have owned 5 jeep cherokees and this has to be a lemon. I purchases it new. I have had many many recalls, most major. Recently i heard water splashing under the passenger seat, which resulted in water coming into the passenger side flooding the carpet. I was told that the box holding the battery was where the water was located. They have been working on it for two days and can not find where the water is entering. Now they are preparing to remove the trim for a possible location. They checked with my extended warranty company and they said this was not covered. I am afraid this issue will cause a fire in the vehicle since the water is entering the electrical system. I was told no recall from chrysler addresses this major issue with jeeps, even though is is common. I am afraid to look at my bill if they ever find the leak. We have been having major rain here in georgia this year and it is not used very much, so it was stationary when this happened. I was told this was a very difficult task to find where the water was entering the vehicle, and they had many jeep vehicles with similar issues. I have no idea when i can get my vehicle back. I cannot upload photos as they have the vehicle.
