Description of the problem	I received a notice from chrysler regarding their recall p-16 involving the corrosion of the brake booster housing. In late june i contacted the dealership where i purchased my vehicle and was advised that chrysler was only providing between 1 and 5 repair kits per week and that there were 30 vehicles ahead of mine to be repaired. I contacted the dealer today (sept 3rd) and questioned when i could bring my vehicle in and was told a date could not be given due to a lack of parts from chrysler. I then contacted chrysler and was given the same information, due to the millions of vehicles involved their supplier could only provide a limited number of parts each week to fix this recall. Clearly chrysler has issued the recall to use in their defense in future law suits but are dragging their corporate feet delivering the required replacement parts.
