Description of the problem	I got a recall notice on june 2, 2014 for a possible brake booster issue. I called southern maine motors (where i purchased the jeep band new) on june 2, 2014, june 20, 2014 and july 15, 2014 and all of those times i called they say they did not have the parts in. So i called the nhtsa the first part of july, 2014 and complained and they sent me a follow-up letter - this has still not been taken care of. On july 15, 2014 i was placed on the waiting list and they said they would call me when the parts came in. This is unacceptable, i have had nothing but recall after recall on this brand new vehicle. I called ann arbor, mi office and they stated that there were infact parts sent to southern maine motors and i still have yet to be in to get this fixed, now winter is coming. What is wrong with chrysler? You would think that if you are going to recall your product, they would have the parts in to take care of us. I want this resolved asap.
