Description of the problem	To whom it may concern took my 2014 jeep grand cherokee in for recall work on the cluster panel and brakes. When i got it back the brakes you had to press halfway to the floor to stop the vehicle and also has a small vibration as soon as you step on them. I brought this to the dealerships attention and he said he needed to order a brake booster and it may take awhile. He said he has a backlog of orders that are over a month and a half old. I'm concerned about driving this vehicle as it is today because of the brake issue. That's why i'm writing you today to see if you can give me any assistance in getting this matter resolved.
