| Description of the problem | Hi-- regarding brake booster recall on jeep grand cherokee... One day after receiving recall from chrysler--dealer advises parts are not available and will notify when they are. It appears manufacturer is "going thru the motions" to satisfy nhtsa.... And reduce possibility of litigation. Some incentive needs to added to the process i. E manufacturer is not motivated currently to expedite the process... Especially for something that is an expense to them. Thus, in this case, the vehicle owner is "forced" to drive a vehicle in which the brakes may not function in rainy weather. Thats just great!! |
