| Description of the problem | My vehicle was parked in garage overnight. When i got into my vehicle i noticed the driver side headrest was hanging down. I took a look and noticed two plastic pieces were broken. I did a quick search to see if anyone else had the same issue and found that every grand cherokee forum people were having the same issue. The vehicle was stationary and has not been in a collision, additionally i haven't adjusted my headrest in years. It seems that the pieces are failing on the active headrest. |
