Description of the problem	Seat belt stopped retracting, upon inspection of the issue i was able to identify two cracks in the plastic guide the belt runs thru. This results in the guide pinching the belt and thus keeping it from retracting. This results in the belt being loose when wearing and potentially significant injury in the event of a crash.
