| Description of the problem | I was on i-95n at approximately 65mph in north carolina on 11/26/2021 when my wife and i heard a loud mechanical crash sound. My wife was sitting in the passenger seat and had been hit in the head by the headrest that had ejected randomly. There was absolutely no reason why the headrest should have deployed. |
