Description of the problem	My 2014 jeep grand cherokee was less than 6 years old and with 50,000 miles on it in july of 2020... The driver side active headrest restraint deployed while the car was parked and turned off. I was in the driver seat talking to my son who was in the front passenger seat, and we were waiting for someone. My head was suddenly snapped forward at the same time a loud bang occurred. I was shocked by the incident and realized how lucky i was that i had not been driving, as this surely could have caused a serious accident. At that point, the car was virtually undriveable as it pushed my head so far forward. I was shocked when i called the dealer to hear that there was no recall on this defective situation. I then realized many other people have had the same problem, and yet chrysler has done nothing to recall this. I think this is a serious safety issue, made worse by the fact that they obviously know this and still are not doing anything to remedy it.
