Description of the problem	I was getting ready to leave, the vehicle was parked when i heard an extremely loud pop noise! I thought it was an accident or something had smacked into my car until i realized the loud noise came from the headrest popping completely open! I am very grateful that i wasn't driving at the time as this surely could have caused accident and or injury or both.
