| Description of the problem | While sitting in a parked car, not in motion, the passenger headrest burst open. There was no crash, no movement, no cause for it to happen. My daughter was sitting in the seat when this happened. This burst flung her head forward and caused neck pain. It was completely unexpected and occurred without warning. This is very dangerous. I am worried that this may happen to the drivers headrest while i am driving and cause a crash from the jolt. Please issue a recall and repair this issue. I am in fear driving my car that this will happen to me while driving. |
