Description of the problem	I was about to start driving and the passenger head rest popped open. My husband looked into the matter and he found that it is a common occurrence for the head rests to "pop" open. The sound is very loud and scared me. I don't know what i would have done if i had been driving or if my child was in the seat when it happened. If it is so common, why hasn't this been recalled? Upon further inspection, the plastic piece holding the thing together broke. We found out that this is common as well. This is very dangerous and should be addressed.
