| Description of the problem | During the week of june 07, 2020 the front passenger side "active head restraint" system in the headrest popped open while the vehicle was unoccupied. Upon investigation the dealership notified us that a repair was performed under the recall for this vehicle in 2015. Given that the active head restraint system was activated while the vehicle was unoccupied and parked in our driveway, we feel unsafe utilizing the vehicle with the headrest installed on the drivers seat even though the recall work had supposedly been performed 5 years ago. |
