| Description of the problem | We were driving home after a long shift at the hospital, and suddenly while we're driving down the highway going 70, the passenger side headrest just pops, caused us to swerve out of surprise. We took it into a dealership, and after working on it for a few minutes they said that a part had broken out of it which caused it to activate. Then they wanted to charge us for the part and labor when it's obviously a defect if the part just broke out of nowhere. I contacted jeep customer service, and they said since i took it to the dealership first and they possibly broke it, there's nothing they could do. So pretty much they want us to pay for a safety defect in their products. |
