Description of the problem	Fca uconnect sending forced updates to certain vehicles with uconnect systems onboard (satellite signal sent directly to vehicle). A known issue by fca, is that the forced update fails during the update rendering certain features useless. In my encounter the system update failed and most electronic systems were not functional such as defroster, control of the power seats, the vehicles lighting systems among other systems. This is dangerous and fca is aware of this failure yet they have failed to notify consumers of such failure and how it could adversely effect their control and access to function of the motor vehicle while in operation.
