| Description of the problem | Unlocked jeep to discover the passenger headrest had deployed. Looked closer at the mechanism to discover the plastic structure, retaining the "floating"pin that holds the headrest in place, was completely cracked allowing the headrest to move to its most forward "deployed"position. The jeep was stationary on a city street parked overnight, no collision occurred, and there were no occupants at the time of malfunction. |
