Description of the problem	While i was driving my 2014 jeep grand cherokee the head rest burst open while driving. I was doing 55 mph on the highway in north carolina when this happened and there was no accident. The head rest jarred my surgically repaired neck and i was stiff the next day but did not seek medical attention. I have not taken to dealership for repair yet as i am traveling .
