| Description of the problem | While driving normally the passenger side active headrest deployed. After searching, it appears this is a common issue, but there has been no recall. This is a safety issue that could cause an accident if it happens on the driver side. The system did not activate, but the part of the headrest that holds the locking pin broke, which allowed the latch to release without the system activating. |
