| Description of the problem | I was driving down the highway at 50mph and the driver side headrest deployed striking me in the head. This was not caused by a collusion just driving down the highway. Somehow i was able to pull over to the side without causing a crash. Under further inspection it was noticed the plastic clips holding the pin were broken. I researched this and have noticed this is a common problem that fiat needs to recall this year model and headrest before serious injury or death is caused. Also the vehicle is just out of warranty so we have to pay for the cost of a faulty system. |
