Description of the problem	Driver's side active head rest that is intended to spring forward in a rear end collision has activated and is now sticking forward. The car was not in an accident. The problem is broken plastic pins in the head rest. There are many other similar complaints from owners online. I have been to multiple jeep dealerships regarding this issue and they refuse to fix the issue. They also claim that this deactivates the rest of the safety equipment including airbags which would be incredibly unsafe and unethical for them to not repair this clear defect.
