Description of the problem	At approximately 60,000 miles my active headrest deployed on my passenger seat while vehicle was parked in a parking lot. There was no accident or anything that caused this. After reading other complaints, this appears to be a common defect/failure of the plastic clip that holds it together. This needs to be recalled. The price to repair it is ridiculous and it's obviously defective and needs to be addressed by the nhtsa asap. Please issue a recall asap. So many others have experienced the same thing and this is going to cause an injury and/or accident.
