| Description of the problem | I was sitting in the vehicle parked not running. The passenger side active head rest disengaged and hit my daughter in law in the back of the head. The car was not moving nor was the car even running. This is something that chrysler should take a look at because after review apparently this has been happening a lot. Chrysler will not help in anyway for me to fix this and this is it $830 repair. If this happens when someone is driving down the road someone could be fatally injured and someone else could be injured as well possibly in another vehicle. This is a safety hazard that chrysler should make good on. |
