| Description of the problem | The driver's side active head rest deployed inappropriately and for no reason with no vehicle impact while parked inside my garage. The plastic tabs are broken and the headrest cannot be appropriately reset as it is designed to do. This is a manufacturer defect, there are hundreds of posts online with the same complaint, dealers refuse to repair outside of warranty. My particular case did not result in injury or crash, however if the headrest deployed hitting the driver while at high speeds could cause an accident or injury. |
