Description of the problem	While parked, vehicle running, the "active head rest" deployed on the drivers side striking me in the back of the head.. Vehicle was not in motion nor was the vehicle involve in a collision. Upon contacting jeep i was told that this was normal wear and tear and would not be fixed due to my vehicle being out of warranty.
