Description of the problem	Front passenger headrest active safety device faiilure. Front headrests have active device that are designed to trigger in a rearend collision. Headrest is designed to release/ spring forward to help prevent neck injuries when vehicle is struck from the rear. Internal mechanism has failed plastic supports within are broken headrest cannot be reset thus active safety function cannot function. Headrest is stuck in the forward or triggered position. My local jeep dealer milton ruben nor jeep customer service will work with me on the cost of repair. Dealer quoted $755+ to replace. Note: there are reports of same issue when searched on the internet. Failure of this device could cause an accident if failure happened while driving. It is my opinion that jeep should cover or at least cover some of the cost of replacement.
