| Description of the problem | I was rear ended by a car traveling +65 mph while i was traveling 15 mph. The car sustained over $15,000 in damage, however my concern is over the drivers seat which came of track and was badly misaligned. Furthermore, my car has been in the shop for over 56 days now, and the parts required to fix the seat are not available. I have been given no approximate date of having the seat fixed and am without a car indefinitely. I have also been told that many other s are waiting for this part, at least 57 cases of special order, leading me to believe that production has stopped due to a defect. |
