Description of the problem	Front driver side seat belt stopped retracting. Made it unsafe to drive. The plastic piece that covers the attachment is broken in several places and pinches the seat belt. The entire unit needed to be replaced. This appears to be known issue with jeep and should part of a safety recall. I was on a parking lot when the seat belt stopped retracting. The cost to fix the problem was $783. 42.
