Description of the problem	Driver side front seat belt no longer retracts back in causing the shoulder belt to lay in pile on my lap. Dealer said whole assembly including some air bag sensor(s) need to be replaced. Parts are $400 alone. Vehicle has less than 70,000 miles on it.
