Description of the problem	On our 2014 jeep grand cherokee the plastic seat belt guide, on the driver side has cracked pinching down on the seat belt rendering it not usable. The seat belt will expand out, however it does not retract in due to the pressure from the broken piece. The seat belt will not stop the driver in a sudden impact and has enough slack that you can easily make contact with the dash and steering wheel. This malfunction occurred while stationary, and has not been resolved by fca.
