| Description of the problem | The recall (p67/nhtsa14v-643) passenger seat belt. Chrysler has advised for months that part is not available. However they continue to produce 2015 models with an apparent resolution to the problem. This is a dangerous situation.... One is reluctant to have someone ride in passenger seat. Some threatened punitive action s/b taken the nhtsa to expedite resolution, i. E. Supply me with comparable loaner vehicle at no charge until part is available. In any case, you are the experts here and hopefully can get some response from chrysler. Thanks for your time... |
