Description of the problem	On monday, january 22, 2021 around 3 pm, i was driving on the freeway and my jeep automatically shifted into neutral and the words 'auto park' disabled appeared on the screened. I immediately shifted it back into drive and continued drive and exited and went to a gas station. I turned it off, pumped gas and turned it back. When i tried to back up, it immediately shifted the car into park. I called the nearest dealer and asked what it could be? They checked for recalls and said that recall for a similar defect was already repaired on my vehicle, maybe it was low on transmission fluid. They also recommended looking to see if any other 2014 jeeps had experienced the same problem. This is the first time my vehicle has ever done that. I asked if it could be related to the extreme cold. I contacted chrysler and the representative said make an appointment and take it to a dealership. I have scheduled the appointment.
