| Description of the problem | The 8 speed automatic seized up and almost killed my family. This year vehicle is notorious for transmission problems. Jeep corporate and fields dealership aren't addressing this safety concern. The car lost all power, stalled, seized up, and we almost got rear ended. This was in mount prospect, illinois on august 21st, 2020 around 12pm. We picked up the vehicle at fields dealership, only got 7 miles before the vehicle almost killed us. The dealership and car mfg, jeep, refuse to take this issue seriously. |
